the last woman of sailean
a lonely man navigates 23rd century life in the western isles. will he find a soulmate? will he finally grow cabbage?
with this play, i hope to spark the audience’s imagination around climate chaos, loneliness, love, and the question of bringing kids onto a doom planet.

bin room
the lives of two twenty-somethings take a surreal turn when they become prisoners inside the waste disposal room of a bougie flat. to escape, they must unravel the mystery surrounding their closest friend—an enigmatic influencer whose dark secret is about to get her cancelled.
this is my first play. it's an hour-long dark comedy/mystery about racial imposter syndrome, toxic friends, fetishisation, and online identities.
it asks: what are the ethical responsibilities of social media personalities in terms of transparency, authenticity, and the potential impact on audiences, and how can these responsibilities be enforced in a constantly-evolving digital landscape? to what extent do we protect our friends, and how does this influence our decision-making and morality?
staged readings:
slanted theatre/national theatre of parramatta - february 2024
